However, their efforts were ultimately in vain as Tomura awoke and was eventually taken over by All for One, transforming into the powerful entity known as TomurAFO.

In the latter half of the sequel, Deku left the heroes and embarked on a solo mission to confront the villains. He faced Muscular for the second time and had a confrontation with Lady Nagant. During a critical moment, Deku reached his breaking point, but was rescued by his classmates who remained by his side. In The Nick of Time! A Big-Time Maverick From the West was the title of the first episode of season 7 of My Hero Academia. The episode began with All for One and Spinner in a hideout, where All for One expressed his gratitude to the escaped criminals (who had escaped from the breach at Tartarus) for keeping the Japanese defense forces occupied.

Upon further interrogation by Spinner, the antagonist disclosed his ultimate plan and admitted that the theft of One for All was merely a small step towards its fulfillment. He also disclosed that the only remaining hurdle in his path to achieving his final goal was the formidable American Hero Star and Stripe, widely considered to be the strongest woman in the world.

All for One assured that taking her quirk would make everything else much easier. He then assigned Spinner to assist Shigaraki (TomurAFO) and praised his contribution in the previous battle with his team of heteromorphs (Paranormal Liberation Front against the Heroes). This boosted Spinner’s confidence in his ability to support Shigaraki.

The focus of the episode then turned to Hawks and Best Jeanist, who were en route to greet Star and Stripe. However, they received news that there was an obstruction in the path of Star and Stripe’s aircraft. As expected, it turned out to be the first sighting of Shigaraki (TomurAFO) since the previous battle between the Paranormal Liberation Front and the Heroes.

Upon being spotted by Star and Stripe while standing atop a flying Nomu, the unidentified man was questioned about his identity. Though he gave a vague response, one of the pilots confirmed that he was in fact Tomura Shigaraki and warned of his electromagnetic wave attacks, which had the potential to bring down their aircraft.

Despite TomurAFO’s doubts about his identity, the hero promised to fulfill his duty to return their bodies to their loved ones if they were killed in battle. TomurAFO utilized a combination of three stolen quirks (Radio Waves, Air Cannon, and Heavy Payload) to launch a large wave of distortion at the hero. However, the pilots were able to dodge the attack, and Star and Stripe demonstrated her quirk, New Order.

The fundamentals of the New Order were elucidated by the narrator, who happened to be Present Mic. This quirk enabled its user to establish a decree for their environment by making physical contact with their adversary and uttering their name along with the new rule (hence the name, New Order). Her initial New Order was to eliminate all air within a 100-meter radius in front of her while confronting TomurAFO.

As the pilots launched their lasers, the villain had to hold his breath in the vacuum. TomurAFO utilized two stolen quirks, Scatter and Reflect, to deflect the lasers. In response, the hero activated New Order once more, rendering the lasers holdable. Seizing the opportunity, the villain quickly charged towards the hero.

Following suit, Star and Stripe hurried towards the villain and delivered a punch to his face. She then disclosed that she was only capable of targeting two individuals at a time with her New Order ability, with one of them always being herself.

Using New Order, she had accessed monstrous strength, much like All Might. She proceeded to recount her initial encounter with All Might and boasted about him being her role model, causing annoyance in the villain.

The hero quickly approached the villain and forcefully brought him down onto her aircraft, effectively enforcing a new rule known as New Order. According to this rule, any movement made by ‘Tomura Shigaraki’ would result in his heart stopping.

TomurAFO pondered the success of his trap, knowing that the hero had fallen for it. As All for One had taken control of Tomura Shigaraki’s body, the New Order was rendered ineffective against him.

While the events were unfolding, All for One’s vestige seized control of Tomura’s mind and announced that their two bodies had combined by 98%. Despite the explosion of TomurAFO, Star and Stripe were able to avoid it. The hero was momentarily perplexed by her adversary’s identity as the villain strategized about finding additional weak points in New Order.

Upon declaring the villain a global threat, Star and Stripe called upon one of the pilots to send a message to Commander Agpar. As the message was being transmitted, she harnessed the power of New Order to create a colossal figure of herself, towering 1000 times larger than her human form. She then used this immense form to launch an attack on Tomura, sending him hurtling through the air.

The hero once again utilized New Order to transform the aircraft’s lasers into a unified sword-like weapon, which she used to strike the villain with the help of her air figure. This powerful attack was known as Keraunos.

Amidst everything, Agpar had a brief conversation with Star and Stripe in which he reassured her that the Tiamat missiles, known for their advanced technology and high speed, were en route to Japan to eliminate TomurAFO.
