Named “Let You Down”, the episode opens with Toga Himiko paying a visit to her childhood home and reminiscing about the unpleasant memories tied to it. Due to her appearance and Quirk, she was rejected and isolated by others. As she prepares to leave, Dabi appears and questions her readiness for the “inevitable downfall of this pitiful world.”

At All For One’s (AFO) cave/hideout, they planned to use Twice’s blood to keep the sad parade marching. Shigaraki was successfully overcoming the effects of the Doomsday Theory Quirk, while Skeptic urged Spinner to be cautious as his appearance in public had alerted the Heteromorphs and caused them to gather their forces. Now, the only thing left to do was for Spinner to initiate Re-Destro’s plan and light the fire.

At the U.A. Evacuee Residential, sleeper agents planted by AFO were given orders to relocate. Their goal was to prevent Midoriya from returning to the U.A. Dorms. Meanwhile, All Might informed the students that the final plans were prepared. The following day, the Evacuee Residential was alerted about the potential threat of Shigaraki and the implementation of martial law.

As originally planned, the U.A. Heroes said their goodbyes to their families and made their way to their new headquarters. With everyone getting comfortable, Midoriya took the opportunity to express his gratitude to Uraraka for her inspiring speech, which had motivated him to return to U.A.

After that, the topic shifted as Uraraka shared her experience with Toga. Realizing her lack of knowledge about Toga, she expressed her desire to understand her better. In response, Midoriya recounted his encounter with Shigaraki and shared how he saw a young boy who he wanted to save, despite the challenges they faced.

Returning to AFO’s hideout, there was a specific Quirk he aimed to manipulate. He converses with an individual over the phone who refers to him as “uncle”. It appeared that plans were underway. Midoriya had arrived at the location to meet Aoyama.

He was determined to speak with the green-haired boy in order to expose AFO’s grand plan. As Aoyama had warned, Japan’s situation was rapidly deteriorating, with villains from around the world gaining power. In the midst of all the chaos and fear, each country would prioritize their own safety above all else.

AFO saw potential in the chaos and wanted to use it to his advantage. His goal was to become the savior of this lost world, or rather, the Demon Lord. Aoyama appeared to betray his comrades, shedding tears as AFO emerged. However, this was all a ploy to lure out AFO, who then summoned his league of villains, prepared for battle.

The Heroes had also been equipped and ready for the encounter. Kurogiri’s sudden portal formation caught AFO off guard, and it brought forth notable heroes such as Endeavor, Mirko, Fat Gum, and more. It was clear that another intense battle was about to commence.
