Chapter 423 marked the end of the Final Arc in My Hero Academia, which spanned over 80 chapters. In this concluding chapter, Deku fulfilled his destiny as the chosen bearer of One For All, putting an end to All For One’s reign of terror that had lasted for centuries.

In My Hero Academia Chapter 423, it appears that both All For One and Shigaraki have died.
During this chapter, Deku utilized the remaining embers of One For All within him to successfully strike All For One. This caused a resonance that awakened the vestiges of the previous One For All users and Shikaraki within All For One, ultimately leading to the destruction of the villain from within.
The joint assault of Deku, Shigaraki, and the previous One For All wielders appeared to have resulted in the demise of All For One, with his body disappearing and only Shigaraki remaining.
