The release date for My Hero Academia chapter 430 was August 5, 2024. Similar to Aoyama and Shinso’s futures, the chapter also unveiled the destinies of every student that had been followed by fans throughout the series. While not all students followed Deku’s path of becoming a teacher, some opted to join welfare programs instead of striving to become top-rated heroes.
A notable instance of this was the story of Aoyama and Shinso. Aoyama, who was revealed to be the traitor of U.A., left the school in search of a fresh beginning. The inclusion of both Aoyama and Shinso in the final hero panel showed that the hero society had indeed undergone a transformation following the defeat of the series’ main antagonist, and that Aoyama found the courage to return to the place that had caused him years of suffering.

My Hero Academia Characters Aoyama and Shinso: Predictions for Their Future After the Final Chapter
The start of My Hero Academia chapter 430 featured an 8-year time skip, during which Deku continued his role as a teacher at U.A. High School. Shouji (Tentacole) was recognized for his efforts in advocating for the rights of heteromorphs, and he continued to pursue his career as a Pro Hero.
Uraraka, Tsuyu, Iida, and Momo all participated in Uraraka’s welfare campaign, visiting grade schools throughout Japan to raise awareness about quirk awakening. Meanwhile, Hatsume pursued her research and established her own institute, attracting a large number of enthusiastic freshmen to join.
Finally, Bakugo and Todoroki rose to become highly acclaimed heroes and vied for the number one ranking in Japan. The rest of the students from Class A followed suit, as depicted in the last panel of the concluding chapter. The same could also be said for Aoyama and Shinso’s prospects, as they were both featured in the final panel.
During the U.A. Sports Festival arc, Hitoshi Shinso, a former Class C student from the Department of General Education, was introduced. He was defeated by Izuku Midoriya, after which he began receiving training from Aizawa. Aizawa also entrusted him with his Binding Cloth, which served as an offensive weapon for Shinso.
During the Joint Training arc, it was revealed that he would be transferring to Class A. However, the final war caused a delay in his transfer. Eventually, he was able to join the hero course with a new suit that was even more versatile than his previous one.
During the U.A. Traitor arc, it was revealed by Hagakure that Yuga Aoyama, a student at U.A. High School, was the traitor. It was discovered that Aoyama, who was born Quirkless, had been granted a quirk by All for One and was using it to leak information about the school to the villain.
Following the conclusion of the final war, Aoyama made the decision to depart from U.A. High and begin anew. The Hero Society had caused him much pain and hardship, but he eventually found his way back to it. In fact, he was prominently featured in the final panel alongside his classmates from Class A. What’s more, Aoyama was sporting his original hero suit, a clear indication that he had retained his powerful quirk, Navel Laser.
A crucial factor in Aoyama’s reintegration into the Hero Society as a Pro Hero was the reformation of the ranking system, brought about by the current leaders. The changes in the Hero Society alleviated the intense pressure and cutthroat competition that had previously ruined Aoyama’s life. His return signified his confidence in achieving his dream of becoming a hero without the burden of mental stress.
