Nana Shares Experience with Tattoo Removal: ‘People Fail to Recognize Me… Even Changed My Number’

On the 14th, an interview video featuring Nana was released on the online channel ‘Cosmopolitan Korea.’ During the interview, Nana was seen in a relaxed ensemble, donning a cap and a purple t-shirt.

When discussing her personal style, Nana described herself as “very down-to-earth” and explained that she enjoys dressing comfortably, similar to her appearance that day. She amusingly shared that many individuals fail to recognize her when she’s dressed casually, including a story about someone who managed to get her phone number under those circumstances.

Nana acknowledged that despite her polished public persona, she is naturally shy and finds it challenging for people to approach her. She mentioned that people often express surprise, stating that she is quite different from how she appears in the media.

In speaking about her daily routine, Nana shared that she makes it a point to exercise every day and primarily spends her time at home. She reflected on how the public persona she portrays in the entertainment industry may not align with her true self.

Nana expressed her desire to showcase her “real self” by starting a vlog. She expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work on vlog content with Cosmopolitan and hopes to display her authentic self to her audience.

Nana debuted in 2009 as a member of the girl group After School. Currently, she is active in acting, with roles in dramas such as ‘Mask Girl’ and ‘My Man is Cupid.’

Recently, she garnered attention when she disclosed that her full-body tattoo has disappeared. In August, she appeared on the online channel ‘Jo Hyun-a’s Thursday Night’ where she shared her journey of tattoo removal, noting that her mother had expressed a wish to see her “clean body” again.
