Despite her top-tier beauty and skills, THIS K-pop icon disclosed that she has been approached by several K-pop idols with confessions. In addition, she has received phone calls from prominent Korean celebrities, but she amusedly exposed their true motives.
Bada’s Love Confessions from K-pop Idols in the Past
The “Dream Control”special of MBC’s “Radio Star“was released on April 24, featuring guests S.E.S Bada, Lee Dahae, Kwon Hyuk Soo, and Jo Kwon.
Bada made an impression on this day with her story of being known as the “male controller”for her past habit of winning over the hearts of multiple male celebrities through her sharp wit.
In this statement, the lead vocalist of the girl group S.E.S, also known as the “Nation’s Fairy,”shared that she would often playfully tease Fly to the Sky’s Brian Joo by saying that he had “something to tell her.”
During the conversation, Bada recalled a moment when the male idol told her “I like you”while they were on a staircase. At the time, she had misunderstood his words as a friendly gesture and replied with “Me too.”
Yet, on a recent joint appearance on a YouTube show, Brian revealed that he had a strong admiration for Bada during that time.
Furthermore, the K-pop star reminisced about the time she caused H.O.T’s Tony Ahn to feel flustered when she prepared kimchi stew for him during his visit to S.E.S’ dormitory with his manager. She did so out of respect for her senior.
Lastly, Bada also mentioned how Jaejoong, a former member of TVXQ and JYJ, had previously confessed that he was her ideal type.
She caused everyone to burst into laughter by saying:
“Thank you so much to all the people out there who liked me.”
S.E.S Bada Recalls Korean Top Stars Contacting Her for Different Reasons
In the same broadcast, Bada disclosed that she was not just a “male controller”but also a messenger.
In previous years, many top Korean stars would contact her, but their true intention was to connect with the first-generation and original visual, Eugene.
“During our S.E.S activities, I was the only one who had a cell phone. I thought the purpose of this cell phone was to communicate with the company, but I don’t know how some of Korea’s top male celebrities would call me on my cell phone.”
She went on to say:
“But everyone in common said after getting to know me for about a month, ‘Did Eugene come in?’ and ‘What is Eugene doing?’ That was the strategy, but I think there were some people who ended up not talking to Eugene. I’m afraid I’ll become bitter.”
