In chapter 4 of Negai no Astro, Hibaru and Terasu can be seen strolling through the busy streets of Ikebukuro on their way to meet Kuran. Terasu is hopeful that with Kuran’s support, they may also be able to convince Kou, the 11th adopted son of the Yotsurugi family, to join their cause. However, Hibaru remains adamant that he has no interest in recruiting Kou.

In a sudden turn of events, a cry for help pierces through the air as a young girl’s purse is snatched. However, the perpetrator is swiftly apprehended by a member of the Sanmenroppi, a group of delinquents from Ikebukuro who have been assembled by Kuran to serve as a security team. Despite the chaos caused by the meteor strike and the lack of police presence, it appears that Ikebukuro is being well-protected by this group.

In chapter 4 of Negai no Astro, when Hibaru and Terasu arrive at Club Asura, the Yotsurugi family’s Ikebukuro branch, they are intercepted by two members of the Sanmenroppi who ask for identification. However, a brawl erupts within the club, causing the bouncers to abandon their posts. This allows Hibaru and Terasu to easily slip inside without being noticed.

Inside the club, they witness a group of men assaulting the Sanmenroppi, but Kuran quickly takes them down alone. Kuran then informs Hibaru that he can no longer join him because he has lost his influence in Ikebukuro. Just then, Kou appears and announces that he is now the leader of the local branch.

Hibaru is surprised by this turn of events, as Kou is generally considered to be the least powerful of the Yotsurugi siblings. However, it is revealed that during the meteor strike, Kou had clung onto his lighter and made a wish to destroy everything in the world, a wish that was ultimately granted.

During their encounter, he introduces his Astro as Asura and proceeds to challenge Kuran to a showdown. He emerges victorious and gains control over Kuran and the Sanmenroppi, manipulating them as if they were his own puppets.

Hibaru, feeling outraged by Kou’s perceived disrespect towards the Yotsurugi family, issues a challenge to him. In the event of Hibaru’s victory, he will gain control over Kuran and the Sanmenroppi. Kou eagerly accepts the challenge, as he sees it as an opportunity to eliminate Hibaru as his first opponent.

Ken Wakui’s newest manga is currently establishing its universe, as the world we are familiar with has recently been drastically altered following a meteor strike.

The intricacies of this unfamiliar world remain a mystery. Hibaru’s persona embodies that of a typical shounen protagonist, who upholds the value of settling familial disputes through traditional dueling practices.

Despite its lack of action, chapter 4 of Negai no Astro sets the foundation for an upcoming battle. Readers can look forward to witnessing Kou’s Asura Astro in action, which is sure to be thrilling.

In the preceding chapter, Hibaru was informed by Ginji that after the meteor impact, Shio had initiated a rebellion, resulting in each Yotsurugi sibling creating their own stronghold. Terasu had entertained the idea of using ammunition to gain strength, but Hibaru was uneasy about the idea of causing harm to his siblings.

During their sibling rivalry, Hibaru proposed a one-on-one combat against Terasu, known as a throwdown. Terasu relied on his Astro shield, Yata no Kagami, but was eventually overpowered by Hibaru and lost the duel.
