Members of the NELK Boys pulled a notorious prank on an unsuspecting couple by persuading them they were cooking and selling dog and cat meat. However, the humorous attempt took a turn when the police were called.
The Internet-famous YouTube pranksters known as the NELK Boys went viral on September 30 for executing a remarkably elaborate prank on innocent passersby.
To kick things off, two members of the crew, Salim Sirur and Kyle Forgeard, acquired a food truck and adorned it with the name of their fictitious eatery, “Whisker’s & Woof Taco Truck,” painted on the hood and side panels.
NELK Boys convince a couple that their menu consists solely of dog and cat meat.
When parked in an empty parking lot, a couple approached the Taco Truck, hoping to find some delicious food. To their astonishment, the NELK Boys informed them that the only items they served were dog and cat meat.
“Do you guys want woof or whiskers? One’s dog and one’s cat,” Kyle explained to the customers.
“Oh… yeah, I’m not going to try anything,” the female customer replied after a lengthy, shocked pause.
At that moment, the NELK Boys escalated the prank by bringing out a black Labrador. While Salim carried the dog into the food truck, the couple looked more confused than ever.
“Not when there’s f**king customers!” Kyle shouted. He then turned back to the couple, reiterating, “Sorry about that guys, so do you want woof or whiskers?”
Curious, the male customer inquired about a sample of the supposed dog and cat meat. When Kyle handed him a platter to taste, the customer sought clarification, inquiring if it was ‘real’ dog meat. “It’s dog, yeah,” Kyle affirmed.
Customers call the police on the NELK Boys, believing they sold dog and cat meat.
At that point, the woman had reached her limit and insisted they leave immediately. “I’m ready to go! Come on!” she urged.
She then threatened to contact the police on the NELK Boys for allegedly serving illegal meat from their food truck. Before the viral clip concluded, she declared that she had already called the authorities to have them arrested.
Fortunately, Salim and Kyle emerged from their prank without any legal repercussions, as they were not actually serving dog or cat meat.
In a related prank, YouTuber IShowSpeed was also duped into believing he had eaten cat meat. While in the Philippines, fans tricked Speed by claiming his street food was sourced from a feline. Though he ultimately recognized it was a joke, he panicked, hoping it wasn’t true.
