If you’re looking to avoid spoilers for Deadpool and Wolverine, you’re in luck thanks to a fan-made extension that allows you to still enjoy the movie without any spoilers.
As a fan of the MCU, navigating spoilers can be challenging. This has been especially true for the highly-anticipated Deadpool 3.
Despite the Marvel team’s best efforts, which apparently included creating fake leaks to protect the movie’s secrets, we were still able to learn about several cameos and plot details before it was released in theaters.
With the release of Deadpool & Wolverine, the internet has become a difficult place to navigate as things are only getting more intense.
With the anticipation of the new movie, some fans plan to wait until the weekend or later to watch it. However, one fan has gone above and beyond by creating a Google Chrome extension that blocks spoilers on YouTube and social media.
With Deadpool spoilers starting to come out, I made a Chrome extension to block spoilers on Youtube and social media byu/CarrotcakeSuperSand inmarvelstudios
CarrotcakeSuperSand, a user on Reddit, shared a link to their creation and stated that the extension is compatible with Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, and Reddit.
On top of being effective for preventing spoilers for Deadpool 3, the tool can also be utilized to block spoilers for numerous other titles.
According to them, all you need to do is choose the title you want to block spoilers for, and our Spoiler Engine will automatically detect and block any social media posts related to it.
“This will come in handy if you wish to prevent spoilers for Deadpool 3 or any other upcoming releases in the MCU.”
Named ‘Spoilerproof: The 1-Click Spoiler Block’, you can easily set it up by clicking on this link and selecting ‘Add to Chrome’. Once the extension is added, all you have to do is search for the title you want to protect from spoilers and click on ‘Block Spoilers’.
After seeing or playing the content, you can go to the title and select ‘Watched It’, indicating that spoilers are no longer a concern.
Spoilerproof guarantees that your favorite media will never be spoiled by the internet with its vast collection of over 2,000 titles spanning movies, TV shows, and video games.
Other fans were swift to express their admiration for the OP’s creation, with one individual stating, “This is fantastic! I would love to utilize it.”
Another individual remarked, “This is incredible! I have always desired something similar to this. Thank you greatly for making it available, especially during the week of an MCU film release which can be quite challenging.”
The movie Deadpool & Wolverine is currently showing in theaters.
