New Features in FC 25’s Clubs

EA FC 25 will continue to push the boundaries of the beloved franchise with the introduction of exciting new features in popular game modes such as Ultimate Team, Clubs, and Career Mode.

Football fans looking to experience all that FC 25 has to offer by playing with friends will find that Clubs is the perfect option. Take a look at some of the exciting new features that will be added to the mode.

All Changes in EA FC 25 Clubs

  • Relegation returns
  • Max height for Virtual Pros
  • Post-match timer extended
  • Clubs Store
  • Optimized Clubs League matchmaking

Clubs Relegation

The addition of the relegation aspect will be reintroduced to Clubs in FC 25, providing a heightened level of competition in the League matches as teams strive to avoid being demoted.

If your team suffers a sufficient number of losses, you will be forced to participate in a Relegation Battle to determine whether your club will be demoted to a lower division. This match is a do-or-die event for both teams, as they will be determined to avoid relegation and continue competing in their current division.

Max height

To prevent players from creating excessively large Virtual Pros that dominate the pitch, EA Sports has announced the implementation of a height limit in Clubs.

This alteration was verified as a result of community input regarding gameplay balance. In FC 25 Clubs, players will not be able to exceed a height of 6’5″when creating a Virtual Pro.

Post-match timer

Following the end of a match, players in clubs will now have the ability to stay on the menu screen for a longer period of time.

Before, players would often find themselves quickly returned to the Clubs lobby, resulting in complaints from those who wished to view post-match statistics or highlights. While we are unsure of the exact duration, the developers have assured that the new feature will allow for a significantly longer amount of time to savor your wins.

Clubs Store

This year, the Clubs Store will be introducing a new feature to its platform, allowing players to use their Clubs Coins to buy fresh cosmetics for their characters.

While the exact method for earning Clubs Coins is not yet known, the developers have confirmed that it will be through gameplay. Players can anticipate the addition of new sleeves, gloves, and other cosmetic items that were not available in the previous year’s game.

Clubs League Matchmaking

In FC 25, the focus for Clubs League matches has shifted to prioritizing the identification of clubs with a comparable Skill Rating during matchmaking.

The Clubs League matches will incorporate a revised system to ensure fair matchmaking. After completing your Clubs League matches, you will then compete in Clubs Playoffs matches where you will strive to rise to the top of your division, regardless of the Skill Ratings within that division.

The FC 25 Clubs deep dive is anticipated to be released in July. We will provide an update on this article as soon as additional information becomes available. In the meantime, you can read about what we currently know about Icons or view our ratings predictions.
