Due to the higher health in this installment, Sledgehammer was compelled to reduce their one-shot capabilities, rendering them significantly less effective compared to previous games.
The introduction of the JAK Wardens conversion kit for the Mk.2 Lockwood in Season 3 Reloaded completely changed the game. This innovative Aftermarket Part allows players to transform their MW2 marksman rifle into a pair of Akimbo Model 1887s, the iconic lever-action shotguns that were known for their incredible power in the original Modern Warfare 2.
The JAK Wardens have proven to be just as powerful as before, even after their return. In fact, their effectiveness may have improved, with a two-shot kill range of nearly 30 meters. With their Akimbo feature, you can now deliver two shots simultaneously, resulting in an instant kill.
To provide context, the Model 1887s, which were notorious in multiplayer, had an effective range of 15 meters. While they were considered a secondary weapon and less challenging to wield than the JAK Wardens, the new Aftermarket Part surpasses its iconic predecessor in terms of range.

The Lockwood Mk2 with the JAK Wardens kit equipped only has five attachment slots, including Conversion Kit, Muzzle, Laser, Optic, and Ammunition.

The shotgun’s power is diminished by any ammunition attachments, and optics are rendered useless as ADS is not possible with an Akimbo weapon. However, equipping two large sniper scopes is guaranteed to elicit reactions from enemies.
To gain access to the latest JAK Wardens Aftermarket Part, it is necessary to successfully complete five weekly challenges in Season 3, Week 5. These challenges can be completed in multiplayer, Warzone, or Zombies.
