Burger King has pleasantly surprised Marvel fans by launching two new burgers in conjunction with the release of the new Deadpool & Wolverine movie. However, these burgers may not be readily available for everyone.
Burger King teased customers with images of the burgers before officially announcing the launch of the new release on their Instagram page.
Inspired by the iconic protagonists and anti-heroes of the film, both burgers boast vibrant and daring colors that reflect the overall themes and aesthetic of each character. Appropriately named ‘Best Bubs,’ the burgers pay homage to the dynamic relationship between the two main characters.
As anticipated, there are two distinct varieties available: the Chimi-Merc Burger and the Bacon-Claw Burger. Both boast distinct ingredients and original designs.
- The Chimi-Merc Burger boasts a vibrant red bun topped with black sesame seeds, complemented by a tangy chimichanga sauce and garnished with jalapeño slices, lettuce, white onions, tomato, and cheese. It also includes a flame-grilled 100% beef patty and a dollop of mayo.
- The Bacon-Claw Burger comes on a yellow bun topped with black sesame seeds and includes bacon strips, four types of cheese, and a flame-grilled beef patty made with 100% beef.
Regrettably, if you had intended to purchase one of these delectable snacks before the showing, you may be disappointed to learn that they are exclusively available in the Philippines.
According to John Velasco, Burger King’s Country Manager in the Philippines, the release signifies the brand’s commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

We aim to expand the story beyond the screen and make it more accessible for fans in the Philippines.

These burgers are currently on sale and will be sold nationwide in the Philippines until August 31. They are priced at 159 PHP, which is equivalent to $2.78 US dollars.
In addition to this release, Marvel has also released brand new popcorn buckets inspired by both Deadpool and Wolverine, which have been generating buzz among fans.
