On May 31st, during KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” broadcast, the nominees for first place were announced to be NewJeans’s “How Sweet” and aespa’s “Supernova” .
Therefore, NewJeans was awarded the No.1 trophy for the final week of May. Upon receiving the trophy and a bouquet of flowers, Minji expressed her gratitude to fans, stating “After a 10-month hiatus, NewJeans has made a comeback. We want to thank our loyal Bunnies (NewJeans’s fandom) who have patiently waited for us.”
Minji drew attention as she mentioned ADOR’s CEO, Min Hee-jin, and expressed gratitude for always providing the best support and helping them have a successful comeback.
“She expressed gratitude, stating: “We would also like to extend our thanks to the ADOR family, hair and makeup team, and management staff.”
Finally, Danielle openly expressed her strong admiration for CEO Min Hee-jin, stating “We are grateful to our CEO whom we deeply admire and appreciate. CEO, we love you!”She also added, “We are thrilled to be with Bunnies on this wonderful day. Thank you, Bunnies.”
The “Music Bank”broadcast not only included performances by NewJeans, but also featured different acts such as aespa, ARTMS, ATEEZ, DXMON, JD1, MCND, NEXZ, XG, ZEROBASEONE, Kim Yoon-ah, Jay Park, ONEUS, Yoo Da-yeon, Eve, CHEN, and more.
