On August 2nd, the YouTube channel “channel fullmoon”uploaded a new video featuring a guest appearance from the girl group NewJeans (Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein).
After announcing his plan to hold a fanmeeting, PD Na Young-seok sought advice from NewJeans members. In June, the group made headlines when they successfully held their first fanmeeting at Tokyo Dome in Japan. Their concert-scale event was a great success.
Minji shared, “We prepared many performances,”while Hanni added, “We worked diligently as if it were a concert.”
Minji explained that their decision to not include any talks during their performances was made after their first fanmeeting. She shared that their members were not known for their humor, resulting in the talks being uninteresting. As a result, they chose to solely focus on their performances.
During their fanmeeting, Hyein shared that a music video director had attended but ended up falling asleep. Hanni then chimed in, “Even my Dad fell asleep!”which caused everyone to burst into laughter.
