On May 11th, the agency ADOR announced that NewJeans (Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, Hyein) had collaborated with Hiroshi Fujiwara, a well-known Japanese music producer and musician who is often referred to as the godfather of Japanese street fashion.
Hiroshi Fujiwara has created a range of items for NewJeans, including T-shirts, bandanas, hats, bags, and more. These items are famously referred to as “NewJeans X Hiroshi Fujiwara”pieces.
On the same day, NewJeans shared photos on their official SNS of themselves wearing the items. The stylish and edgy looks of the members immediately captured the interest of many.
NewJeans will make their debut in Japan with the release of their single “Supernatural”on June 21st. Despite being a Japanese single, it will also be available in Korea and worldwide. Furthermore, NewJeans will be holding their Japanese debut showcase at the Tokyo Dome on June 26th and 27th.
