NHL 25: Pre-order Bonus and Edition Differences

The bonuses received by NHL 25 players upon starting out will vary, depending on the pre-order version they have chosen.

EA Sports announced their plans for NHL 25 on August 22, highlighting several new features such as updated animations, revamped vision control, and limited availability on current-generation consoles. This means that the game will only be accessible on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

On the same day, NHL 25 became available for pre-order. Fans of hockey can choose to pre-order either a physical or digital edition, but it is important to note that there are multiple versions to choose from.

NHL 25 Pre-Order Bonuses

There are two distinct versions of NHL 25: the Standard and Deluxe editions. Let’s take a closer look at the pre-order incentives offered with each of these versions.

Both Hockey Ultimate Team and World of CHEL players will receive rewards, and those who pre-order NHL 25 will also receive 500 Points.

There is also a 99 OVR card reward available for owners of NHL 24. For those who own HUT 24, they will receive a 99 OVR choice reward of either Jack, Quinn, or Luke Hughes.

It is important to mention that this particular version does not feature all three Hughes brothers on the cover. Rather, either Jack or Quinn will be featured on the cover depending on the region. The U.S. edition showcases Jack, while the Canadian and rest of the world version features Quinn. However, all three brothers can be found on the Deluxe editions.

The Standard Edition is priced at 69.99 USD, 89.99 CAD, 52.72 GBP, and 62.11 EUR.

Those who pre-order the NHL 25 Deluxe Edition by September 13 should take note that they will receive an 84 OVR Choice pack, which HUT players can use to select one of the three Hughes brothers.

The Deluxe version offers a plethora of rewards for Hockey Ultimate Team, including several high-overall cards at the beginning of the lifecycle. Furthermore, the Deluxe Edition also includes 4,600 NHL Points.

The Deluxe Edition is priced at 99.99 USD, but individuals with EA Play have the option to buy either the Standard or Deluxe version at a discounted rate of 10%.
