The streamer mentioned the importance of making dietary changes and also acknowledged the need to exercise regularly. However, he admitted that this would be a significant adjustment for him since he has never experienced any health issues in the past.

FaZe NICKMERCS, a popular Kick streamer, was drawn to Asmongold’s video and took the opportunity to offer him valuable guidance. He also encouraged the creator to reach out for assistance if needed.

Nick acknowledged that the person in question leads a wild life, but it seems that they are attempting to make a change. As someone who values a healthy and structured lifestyle, Nick wanted to offer his support. He had a message for Asmon, stating that if they ever needed assistance, he was only a direct message away.

“I wanted to show my support and offer some words of encouragement to the man. I am happy to see that he is taking steps towards positive changes. It is important to confront issues instead of avoiding them. Taking care of yourself through exercise, healthy eating, and doing things that bring joy is crucial. When feeling overwhelmed, it is important to take a break.”
