No Longer Allowed In Another World Anime Release Date Confirmed for Summer 2024 with New Visual

The official staff announced on Friday, June 7, 2024 that the premiere date for No Longer Allowed In Another World anime is set for July 9, 2024. Along with this announcement, the staff also released a new key visual and shared information about the theme song artists for the show.

Currently, the manga series on Shogakukan’s Yawaraka Spirits website has been serialized and has had nine Tankobon volumes published.

No Longer Allowed In Another World anime to premiere on July 9, 2024

On June 7, 2024, the official website and X (formerly Twitter) handle for the anime No Longer Allowed In Another World announced that the show will be premiering on July 9, 2024, during the Summer 2024 season. The broadcast schedule has also been released, revealing that the anime will air every Tuesday at 11:30 PM JST on AT-X, starting on July 9, 2024.

Following that, the anime will also air on MBS, Hokkaido TV, RKB Mainichi, and other channels in Japan at varying times. Additionally, it will be broadcasted on Tokyo MX and BS11 at 24:30 JST on July 9, 2024, which effectively translates to Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 12:30 AM JST.

The anime will be released for streaming on ABEMA and Netflix on July 9, 2024. The official staff have also announced that the world premiere of No Longer Allowed In Another World will take place during Anime Expo 2024 on July 4, 2024.

Furthermore, Kadokawa’s official YouTube channel has announced an advanced screening event for the first episode of the Isekai anime on June 22, 2024 at 8 PM JST. The event will follow a special program and will feature the voice actors of Sensei (Hiroshi Kamiya), Annette (Rumi Okubo), Tama (Sayumi Suzushiro), and Near (Makoto Koichi) in attendance.

Kadokawa has additionally revealed that Melos, the show’s mascot, will be featured in a series of videos on YouTube called Melos no Daiboken, which translates to Melos’ Great Adventure in English. The initial episode, titled A Tour of the Production Location, can now be streamed.

In addition, the creators of the No Longer Allowed In Another World anime revealed a new visual featuring Osamu Dazai, also known as the Sensei. In the illustration, the Sensei is shown surrounded by a glowing light emanating from his book, while other characters such as Annette, Tama, Near, and others stand behind him.

Information on the artists behind the theme songs has recently been announced. Kashitaro Ito, a Japanese singer, will be performing the opening theme song, and Mayu Maeshima will be singing the ending theme. At this time, the titles of the theme songs have not been disclosed.

The anime No Longer Allowed In Another World boasts an impressive ensemble cast, with Hiroshi Kamiya taking on the role of the main protagonist, Osamu Dazai (Sensei). Joining him are Rumi Okubo as Annette, Sayumi Suzushiro as Tama, Hina Kino as Melos, Makoto Koichi as Near, Aoi Yuki as Waldelia, Reina Ueda as Sacchan, and Mai Nakahara as Isha.

Shigeki Kawai serves as the director for the anime produced by AtelierPontdarc Studio, while Yasuhiro Nakanishi takes on the role of scripts supervisor and writer. Asako Inayoshi and Tomoshige Inayoshi have been selected as the character designers and chief animation directors.

The anime’s music is composed by Kenichiro Suehiro, while Kenji Terao oversees the monster designs. The team also includes Hitomi Sudo as the editor and Izumi Sakamoto as the color key artist, among others.

The No Longer Allowed In Another World anime, inspired by Hiroshi Noda’s manga, revolves around the character of Osamu Dazai (known as Sensei in the anime), a gifted writer who desires death above all else.

Despite being hit by a truck, one day he finds himself transported to another world. Despite the presence of “cute girls”by his side in this new world, the melancholic Sensei remains persistently depressed. The anime depicts Osamu Dazai’s intriguing experiences in this alternate reality.
