Following Cody Ko’s departure from the company, YouTuber Noel Miller has shared his plans for the future of the TMG podcast.
Cody Ko, a YouTuber, faced accusations of engaging in a relationship with Tana Mongeau when she was under the legal age. Tana claimed that Cody was aware of her age being 17 at the time of the incident.
On the June 22 episode of her podcast ‘Cancelled,’ she and co-host Brooke Schofield disclosed everything.
On July 27, Cody Ko announced his resignation from TMG. In the first episode of the podcast without him, Noel Miller addressed the future of TMG in a message.
“He stated that his main priority was moving forward. After taking some time, he determined a new direction for the show and the overall goals of the company. Due to this, the current episode was not filmed in the studio.”
“It’s quite an extraordinary tale. We traveled by plane to West Virginia, drove through a creek bed, and walked half a mile carrying our equipment to film with a special guest.”
The episode showcases homestead TikToker Will Survives, who has recently relocated to a property in West Virginia that belongs to fellow TikToker Nate Petroski.
“According to him, we will be filming outside of the studio for the next few weeks in order to construct a new set.”
Fans responded to Noel’s message in the comment section, with several noting how fatigued the YouTuber appears.
“One user responded, stating that the situation felt similar to visiting their divorced father’s apartment for the first time, where he tries to have dinner as if their life hadn’t just drastically changed.”
Another observer noted, “Noel appears extremely exhausted from this, I’ve never seen him so grave before.”
“My heart goes out to those caught in the crossfire. Noel’s charisma is undeniable and I truly believe he will thrive on his own.”
Despite resigning from TMG, Cody Ko’s YouTube channel has also experienced a decrease of over 300K subscribers.
