North West and Kim Kardashian Join KSI’s ‘Thick Of It’ Dance Challenge on TikTok

North West, alongside her mother Kim Kardashian, became a sensation on TikTok after sharing a video where they danced and lip-synced to KSI’s controversial track ‘Thick Of It.’

Upon its launch, KSI’s ‘Thick Of It’ faced significant criticism, especially from fellow YouTubers such as IShowSpeed, Adin Ross, and Jake Paul, who did not hold back in their roasting.

Nevertheless, despite the harsh feedback, the song featuring Trippie Redd made impressive strides on music charts, landing at No. 64 on the Billboard Hot 100 and securing the top spot on the Viral 100 chart.

On October 27, Kim and North showcased the track in a TikTok video on their shared account, engaging in lip-syncing and dancing to ‘Thick Of It’ shortly after attending a Tyler, the Creator concert.

During the clip, North mimicked, “From the screen to the ring, to the pen, to the king, where’s my crown? That’s my bling,” while playfully pointing to her jewelry.

The brief 20-second clip has amassed over 380,000 views on TikTok and quickly went viral. Since Kim and North’s video comments are disabled, many enthusiastic fans took to Twitter/X to express their thoughts on this surprising musical selection.

One user exclaimed, “This is something I never thought I’d witness.” Another added, “KSI is showing the haters they really messed up.” A third remarked, “KSI has truly risen above. Are we about to see Kim Kardashian on Sidemen Sunday?”

While KSI didn’t officially comment on the iconic mother-daughter pair’s fun with his song, he did share their video on his TikTok account.

Additionally, Kim and North posted various other clips that day, including one where they participated in the trending dance challenge linked to ‘Maps’ or ‘Wait, they don’t love you like I love you.’

This development comes in the wake of PewDiePie criticizing KSI for issuing copyright strikes against creators who featured his music, which has sparked numerous memes online. The track’s notoriety has even inspired the creation of a game titled ‘Survive KSI’s Song.’
