It is possible that Nothing is preparing to release a new device, possibly a smartphone. However, there is currently no information available on the specific phone that may be released.
It appears that Nothing is working on a new phone and a recent teaser on X suggests that it could be released in the near future. As with their previous campaigns, the teaser does not provide much information about the upcoming smartphone.
The photograph displays a large screw with a caption counting down from “3, 2, 1,”suggesting an impending release. However, the unusual appearance of the screw may lead to differing interpretations as it does not resemble a typical phone.
There is much speculation surrounding the highly anticipated Nothing Phone 3, as rumors have been circulating. The company’s previous devices, the Phone 1 and Phone 2, were both released in July, leading us to believe that they have begun teasing the launch of the Phone 3.

Despite this, it is more reasonable to consider the CMF Phone 1 as a possibility. Previous reports have suggested that Nothing intends to release a budget-friendly smartphone as part of its CMF sub-brand.
Based on various hints, it is possible that the hinted device could be the speculated CMF Phone 1. According to X user @realMlgmXyysd, the enigmatic device featured in Nothing’s recent teaser resembles the CMF Phone 1, with the notable inclusion of a “Nothing Lock”feature represented by the prominent screw.
As mentioned in our CMF Phone 1 review, it is likely to be released under the model number A015 and include a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor and equipped with a 5000 mAh battery that supports 33W wired charging.
The CMF Phone 1, according to a report by 91Mobiles, is expected to cost approximately $150. The report also mentions that it will be priced at Rs 12,000 in India, which is equivalent to around $143.
