Where Can You Find the Lynel in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom?
You will find the Lynel hidden within the Eternal Forest, positioned at the upper area of the map in Echoes of Wisdom. The Eternal Forest shares similarities with the Lost Woods, a recurring location throughout the Legend of Zelda series. Similar to the Lost Woods’ teleporting nature, if you stray off the correct path, you will be sent back to the beginning. Unlike other areas that can be navigated from various directions, you must enter the Eternal Forest from a specific point located slightly northeast of Hyrule Castle.
As you proceed deeper into the forest, you will start to notice hoof prints on the ground. Tracking these prints is essential to locate the Lynel. Ensure you follow them in the correct sequence; otherwise, the Lynel will not appear.
You have to follow a total of eight sets of tracks before reaching the Lynel’s lair. The first set can be spotted shortly after you enter the forest, heading northwest. Make sure to track the prints in this order, only altering your path at each new set of tracks you encounter.

How to Conquer the Lynel in Echoes of Wisdom
As you confront the Lynel, be ready for an intense confrontation. This formidable opponent boasts immense power, capable of taking down the strongest Echoes in the game within just a few hits. It’s critical to continuously summon your Echoes and frequently switch back to the Swordfighter Form. Collaborating with your summoned Echoes is essential in this battle, as even if they merely serve as diversions, they can help turn the tide in your favor.
The Lynel uses a variety of attack patterns. It can inflict damage while charging at you, deliver powerful slashes with its enormous sword, and it also performs a rotation attack reminiscent of Link’s charged sword strike, sweeping its weapon in a wide arc. When you observe this upcoming attack, make sure to distance yourself quickly.
Keep summoning your Echoes to support you, and maintain a safe separation from the Lynel. Focus on utilizing long-range armaments such as the Bow and Bombs to protect your hearts!
