The Neon Parasol is a remarkable cosmetic item that is sure to catch attention as you traverse the main cities. Not only is it stylish, but it also serves a practical purpose of keeping your Warrior of Light dry during stormy weather. Here’s a guide on obtaining the Neon Parasol in Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail.

Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail: Getting the Neon Parasol

The Neon Parasol can be obtained for 500 Bicolor Gemstones from the Gemstone Traders located in Tulliyollal or Solution Nine. These gemstones can be earned by completing FATEs in both the Dawntrail and Endwalker zones, with an average of 20 being rewarded per completion.

The Gemstone Traders in these zones can only be accessed after reaching the maximum shared FATE rank in all six Dawntrail zones. This achievement requires completing 66 FATEs in each zone, which can be a time-consuming task.

Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn bonus Gemstones from completing bonus FATEs, which are marked by a small arrow on the top left of their icon. You can also obtain the Twist of Fate buff by defeating the Forlorn Maiden, who may appear randomly during a FATE.
