FIFTY FIFTY, who are scheduled to unveil their second mini-album on September 20th, unveiled the first individual trailer for their new release through their official YouTube channel at midnight on the 12th. The identity of the latest addition to the group, which was kept secret in the group trailer released on the 9th, has now been revealed as Athena.
According to ATTRAKT, the agency that represents FIFTY FIFTY, the group trailer introduced the newly reborn group while the individual trailers aimed to showcase the distinct charms of each member. The agency hopes that the member reveal videos, which will showcase different moods and styles, will generate a lot of excitement and anticipation.
On the same day, the entertainment company IOK Company caused a stir in the music industry by announcing the recent establishment of a subsidiary label, MASSIVE E&C, and the signing of exclusive contracts with the three former members of FIFTY FIFTY.
Under the new contracts, Saena, Aran, and Sio, former members of FIFTY FIFTY, will debut as a new global idol group under IOK Company’s MASSIVE E&C, possibly as soon as this autumn.
IOK Company acknowledged the noteworthy efforts of the trio in the international triumph of their song “Cupid,”which achieved impressive rankings on multiple Billboard charts, such as 17th on the Billboard Hot 100, 8th on the Billboard Global 200, and 5th on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. They emphasized Saena’s pivotal involvement in crafting the iconic dance routine for “Cupid,”which sparked the viral TikTok dance challenge, while also highlighting the distinct vocal talents of Aran and Sio that played a significant role in the song’s success both domestically and globally.
In addition to creating content such as films and dramas, IOK Company also represents a number of popular actors, including Jo In-sung, Go Hyun-jung, Shin Hye-sun, Moon Chae-won, Kim Ha-neul, and Chae Jong-hyeop.
