According to leaked information, the character known as Iron Giant is named ‘Emeth.’ In the chapter, there is a short exchange between Joyboy and Emeth, but the latter’s face is not shown. Joyboy instructs, “When the time comes, Emeth, you must…”

Of course, fans have begun to ponder the reason behind Oda’s choice of name for the character. According to one fan, the Iron Giant’s name has been unveiled as “EMETH”! This name holds significance as it is also the name of a character from C.S. Lewis’ Chronicles of Narnia, who is associated with inclusivism. Additionally, “Emeth”is the Hebrew word for “Truth”and has connections to the story of The Golem.

A second fan also states, “The concept behind ‘salvation of Emeth’ is inclusivism, as it ties in with the Fishman rights movements that began when Emeth launched an attack on Marijoa 200 years ago.”

Although the chapter does not explore Iron Giant’s past, it does show him attacking Warcury for the first time. Iron Giant’s abilities have been a mystery until now, but the manga will soon unveil all the information we need about him.
