The raw scans started their story with a spotlight on the global reactions to Dr. Vegapunk’s recent statements, as heard at the end of chapter 1121. Some pirates were shown to be thrilled, while others appeared worried. Koby’s thoughts turned to Luffy when considering these revelations, while Buggy conversed with his Cross Guild followers. Crocodile then motioned for Buggy, causing him apparent concern.
The raw scans of One Piece chapter 1122 first feature Blackbeard conversing with catarina Devon while Dr. Vegapunk’s speech carries on before shifting back to Egghead Island. In a conversation between the two, Joy Boy says something that seems to bring joy to Emeth. The chapter concludes with Emeth passing away on Egghead’s shores while reminiscing about Joy Boy.
