One Piece Episode 1091 is titled “An Exciting Future. Journey to the land of science!”
The girl who controls the giant robot introduces herself as Dr. Vegapunk. Franky is delighted to meet his idol and talks about the research he did during the timeskip. Sanji, Usopp and everyone else are also excited… except Robin.
The latter says she has never heard of a female Vegapunk and emphasizes that the mysterious girl is too young, given the many years of activity of the famous scientist. But the girl claims that the Straw Hats are in the presence of Punk-02, or Vegapunk Lilith. She then demands that the crew hand over all their valuable possessions before leaving the island.
Through her earpiece, Lilith speaks with Shaka, who scolds her for her bad habit of stealing from people. Shaka reminds her that she must respect her pride as a scientist and warns her not to mess with a Yonko crew. The series then reveals that Shaka is actually Punk-01.
On the other hand, Bonney says she has to meet with Vegapunk to get answers about her father. Vegapunk is indeed the one who transformed Kuma (his father) into a living weapon. Additionally, the Straw Hats are fascinated by the futuristic island. The episode will also introduce Punk-05 and Vegapunk Atlas.
