In the previous episode, S-Snake had transformed York into stone before advancing towards Lilith’s group. Despite Lilith’s orders to stop, she disregarded them and proceeded to shoot a laser beam at them.

In addition, S-Bear and S-Hawk were actively pursuing Zoro, Luffy, Lucci, and Kaku. Despite Shaka’s attempt to intervene, he was unable to stop the Seraphim. Shaka was able to deduce that one of the Vegapunks was controlling the Seraphim.

The episode further exposed that CP5, CP7, and CP8 had been confined in a laboratory capsule for at least two months with inadequate food. Initially, they had suspected Vegapunk to be responsible for their current state, but upon witnessing him being arrested, they were compelled to reassess their beliefs.

Sentomaru was warning the residents of Egghead to evacuate as he believed that a catastrophic event, possibly worse than what occurred at Ohara, was imminent. In reality, numerous Marine vessels were already en route to the island.
