Despite Perona’s success in freeing Koby in the previous episode, word of the escape quickly spread among the Blackbeard Pirates on Pirate Island. In response, the pirates began hunting for the escaped prisoners. Koby, determined to help the others, made it his top priority to ensure their safety before his own escape.

The latest installment also exposed Blackbeard’s ultimate scheme of transforming Pirate Island into a state governed by the World Government, with Blackbeard as its leader. His motive was to use Koby as a bargaining chip, but Koby reminded him that this plan would fail as he had relinquished his Navy affiliation as a member of SWORD. Despite this, Blackbeard remained persistent in testing whether the government would truly forsake Koby, who was highly regarded as a hero in the Navy.

The Navy soldiers arrived at the port of Pirate Island and initiated an assault on the pirates.
