One Piece Episode 1114 Recap

The latest episode of One Piece, 1114, opened with Koby in a dangerous situation as he was cornered by the notorious Blackbeard Pirates. With a hefty bounty placed on his head by Buggy’s Cross Guild, the pirates were prepared to take his life. However, just as they were about to strike, Hibari came to the rescue with a clever invention from Dr. Vegapunk that turned their deadly bullets into harmless flowers. Taking advantage of the chaos, Prince Grus summoned his clay golems to gather the Blackbeard Pirates in a more exposed location.

Kujaku, a member of the SWORD organization, utilized her Devil Fruit abilities to manipulate the surrounding buildings and cut off any potential escape routes for the pirates, effectively trapping them. Garp then made his grand appearance by catapulting his ship into the sky, leaping off of it as it plummeted back down. He delivered a powerful punch infused with Galaxy Impact Haki, causing significant destruction to the area. Grus then stepped in to ensure Garp’s ship landed safely, and it was later revealed that most of the pirates had been rendered unconscious by his attack.

As SWORD regrouped with Koby, Kuzan unexpectedly froze Hibari, causing her to turn into ice. Luckily, Koby caught her before she could hit the ground and break apart. A quick flashback then depicted the events that led to Kuzan’s alliance with the Blackbeard Pirates. This led into the scene where Kuzan first encountered Blackbeard, as he angrily froze some of his crew members who had approached him at a bar with intentions of starting a fight.

One Piece Episode 1115: What to Expect? (Speculative)

Now that Kuzan has revealed himself on Hachinosu, it is highly likely that Garp will engage in a battle against his former apprentice in One Piece episode 1115. The matchups for the remaining SWORD members are yet to be determined, but they may also face off against the officers of the Blackbeard Pirates who are currently present on Hachinosu. However, before all of this unfolds, the flashback that started at the end of the previous episode will probably conclude in the opening scenes of episode 1115.

The upcoming episode is expected to unveil the details of the offer Blackbeard made to Kuzan, which convinced him to join the Blackbeard Pirates. While many may assume that it was for revenge, this goes against Kuzan’s current character development in the series. It is possible that Blackbeard is aware of Imu and used this knowledge to persuade Kuzan that there is a larger threat to the world than just piracy.
