In the 1117th episode of One Piece, Sabo notified Dragon and Ivankov that he had successfully accomplished his three main objectives: initiating a war by destroying the symbol of the Celestial Dragons, liberating numerous slaves (including Kuma), and destroying the food stockpiles at Mary Geoise. Dragon acknowledged that these actions had garnered attention and sparked revolts in twelve countries, resulting in eight of them being successful.

Out of the original eight, the Kingdom of Lulusia has vanished. The remaining seven have ceased their payments of Heavenly Offerings and halted the exportation of resources to the Government. Additionally, the Revolutionary Army has been taking measures to hinder the delivery of supplies to Mary Geoise.

Despite their achievements, Dragon voiced worries over the unavoidable conflict with the Holy Knights. He additionally noted that Sabo’s reputation as a hero for rebels around the world, despite being falsely accused of Cobra’s death, was a testament to Cobra’s fair and charitable leadership.

During the Reverie at Mary Geoise, One Piece episode 1117 revealed the events that had occurred a month prior. The explosion of the food storage set off alarms, signaling the infiltration of four captains from the Revolutionary Army. These captains, including Karasu, Lindbergh, and Morley, were shown freeing slaves and rescuing them from the wrath of the Celestial Dragons. For instance, Karasu heroically intervened to save an elderly man from being shot at close range by Saint Pluming.

Upon the arrival of Ryokugyu and Fujitora to address the intruders, they faced a challenging predicament as engaging in combat could potentially put the lives of the Celestial Dragons at risk. In fact, one of the intruders went as far as to issue a death penalty to Ryokugyu if any harm befell the Celestial Dragons.

In the meantime, Bonney and Sabo were at Pangaea Castle, looking for Kuma who was in the company of Saint Roswald and Saint Charlos. Saint Charlos intended to kidnap Princess Shirahoshi with the help of Kuma.

Vivi was heading to find Garp for assistance in safeguarding Shirahoshi. However, Lucci intervened and stated that CP0 was responsible for the protection of everyone. Vivi pointed out that he had previously failed to aid Shirahoshi and most likely would not be of assistance in the future.

The conclusion of One Piece episode 1117 saw Chaka and Pell pushing Cobra in a wheelchair to meet the Five Elders. Since they were not permitted to go any further, he gave them the responsibility of taking care of Vivi.

In the 1117th episode of One Piece, viewers are presented with a more somber and dialogue-heavy installation that unveils the Revolutionary Army’s overall plan to instigate rebellions against the World Government.

The episode not only demonstrates their strategies, but also highlights their favorable circumstances. A pivotal element of the plot is the World Government’s manipulation of false allegations against Sabo in an attempt to vilify him. However, this plan ultimately backfires and instead garners more sympathy for the Revolutionary Army.

The Revolutionary Army’s support is further solidified in One Piece episode 1117, as it sheds light on the despicable actions of the Celestial Dragons. Their mistreatment of slaves, enemies, and even those who serve and protect them displays a blatant lack of consideration for others, solidifying the hatred towards them within the story.

The Celestial Dragons are often portrayed as entirely malevolent, a portrayal that may seem overly simplistic in comparison to other groups such as the Navy and pirates, who possess a variety of moral complexities. This contrast serves to enhance the story’s complexity and captivate the audience.

In the previous episode, Vice Admiral T Bone was murdered in Pepe Kingdom by an individual who was desperate for money. This was due to Cross Guild’s offer of a significant bounty. In order to evade the Navy’s pursuit, Buggy extended an invitation to the assassin to join his crew.

Upon spotting the figurehead of the Cross Guild ship, Buggy was surprised and taken aback as it bore a strong resemblance to him. Despite facing torture from Crocodile for this likeness, Buggy eventually acknowledged the Cross Guild’s widespread support. He understood the significance of establishing a military nation to challenge the authority of the World Government.

Despite his flaws, Buggy had grand ambitions to become the Pirate King. He informed his crew that they would be embarking on a journey to find One Piece.

Finally, it was demonstrated that Sabo, along with a few Lulusians, reached Kamabakka Queendom, where they were warmly received. Sabo subsequently arranged a closed-door meeting with Dragon and Ivankov.
