Essentially, fans have been consistently sharing a picture of Monkey D. Dragon with a new chapter number on it each week since chapter 1100. They continue to cross out the previous numbers and confidently predict that Dragon will finally make an appearance on Egghead every week.
Additionally, after Mars was seemingly shocked by something in Punk Records at the end of the latest spoilers, fans are once again speculating that he saw Dragon in the picture. However, this theory remains just an exciting possibility, as there is currently no evidence to suggest that Dragon has traveled to Egghead in such a short amount of time.
This can be attributed to the fact that Dragon was last spotted in the Kamabakka Queendom, located in the “Paradise”region of the Grand Line, while Egghead is currently in the “New World”section.
In simpler terms, it is impossible for Dragon to have reached Egghead in time through conventional methods. Although a Devil Fruit or advanced technology could potentially shorten the time, there is no evidence or confirmation of Dragon or the Revolutionary Army possessing such means.
Despite the latest available chapter 1112 spoilers, it appears that the Dragon agenda meme will continue to exist as it has been, unfortunately.
