On Friday, April 19, 2024, Cartoon Network India announced that they will be producing and broadcasting a Hindi dubbed version of One Piece, along with Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada dubs. According to the commercial promoting the broadcast, the dubbed version will premiere on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at 1 p.m. India Standard Time and will continue to air every Sunday at the same time.
The trailer for the Hindi dub of One Piece also revealed that the story will begin with the Land of Wano arc, instead of starting from the beginning or the start of the New World saga.
