One Piece Unveils New Mysterious Character Resembling Kaido

The ongoing Land of the Gods Arc in *One Piece* unveils an enigmatic new character who bears a resemblance to Kaido.

After concluding the Egghead Arc, *One Piece* manga takes a momentary shift before delving into the eagerly awaited Elbaf Arc. Luffy, along with several members of the Straw Hat crew, finds himself in an intriguing kingdom. However, spoilers for Chapter 1130 assure fans that the narrative will soon transition to Elbaf.

This chapter also brings to light Prince Loki of Elbaf, a character introduced in Chapter 858 as merely a silhouette. Initially engaged to Lola, who later escaped their impending marriage, he makes his official debut in the subsequent chapter as Luffy prepares to visit him.

Unfortunately, Loki has committed patricide in pursuit of a fabled Devil Fruit and currently finds himself imprisoned, chained to a tree. While the upcoming chapter will provide a full reveal of his design, insiders suggest that Loki shares traits not only with Kaido but also with Katakuri. His initial silhouette may come off as comical, but his actual design is a stark contrast to the earlier outline.

A *One Piece* leaker commented on Twitter/X, stating, “It’s interesting how Loki’s design diverges from Oda’s earlier silhouette, reminiscent of how we first saw Kaido before his intense reveal. Loki has an aura that combines elements of both Katakuri and Kaido.”

In another update, the leaker expressed, “We now see the entirety of Loki, not just the silhouette. He brings to mind Kaido in terms of grandeur, much like Kaido’s imposing entry in front of Kid and Hawkins. Additionally, Loki’s design leans toward seriousness, akin to both Doflamingo and Kaido, rather than the earlier silhouette we first anticipated while waiting for the Straw Hats.”

With the *One Piece* anime on pause, there’s a compelling reason behind the hiatus, so be sure to find out more.
