Despite fans’ anticipation for the continuation of the fight between Blast and Empty Void in One Punch Man chapter 202, the manga took a detour by providing updates on Suiryu’s recovery and his decision to join the Hero Association. However, his plans were hindered when he encountered Webigaza and became entangled with the Neo Heroes.
The previous chapter witnessed Speed-o’-Sound Sonic successfully saving Flashy Flash from God’s communication. Shortly after, Empty Void unleashed his Dimension Slash attack on the two ninjas. However, their fight was interrupted by the arrival of Blast, who came to their aid and confronted his former ally Empty Void.

One Punch Man chapter 202: Suiryu’s Full Recovery
The latest chapter of One Punch Man, titled ‘Fully Recovered,’ began with Suiryu being released from the hospital after his prolonged stay. The nurses were fond of him and hoped he would return for another hospital stay. However, Suiryu had no intention of doing so, as one would expect.
At that moment, the martial artist noticed a tiger-level monster known as the “Great Giant Anteater”causing chaos in the town. Suiryu quickly dealt with the creature using a swift kick, which made him realize that he had completely healed. As a result, a crowd formed, eagerly hoping to meet the skilled fighter. Luckily, the five-time champion managed to escape before the situation escalated.
Despite the Neo Heroes being the dominant hero organization, Suiryu’s only desire was to join the same organization as Saitama. He was on the verge of registering with the Hero Association when a demon-level monster, the “Emperor Giant Anteater,”suddenly appeared in front of him and interrupted his plans.
Upon witnessing the scene, Suiryu had a strong suspicion that Saitama was the one who had defeated the monster. However, he soon learned that the true hero responsible was none other than Webigaza, a former idol singer who had taken a break from the industry. Despite her hiatus, Webigaza had returned with even greater strength as a member of the Neo Heroes. She made a commitment to continue her hero work and asked her fans to show their support for the Neo Heroes.
Despite being entranced by Webigaza’s charm, Suiryu made the decision to join the Neo Heroes temporarily in order to have the chance to speak with her in person. Meanwhile, Suiryu’s younger sister Suiko had arrived at the hospital with the intention of assisting her brother in getting discharged. Unfortunately, as his fans were aware, Suiryu had already left. To make matters worse, he had also left the hospital bill for Suiko to take care of.
Regarding Suiryu, he had already registered for the Neo Heroes exam and joined their ranks. In order to participate, he was required to don a unique Neo Heroes Battle Suit, which was rumored to unlock the wearer’s maximum potential. Though Suiryu was initially embarrassed by the suit’s appearance, he noticed a significant increase in his abilities, ultimately resulting in him unintentionally destroying the suit.
Despite the fact that the suit had cost five million to construct, Suiryu was obligated to cover the expenses. A senior member of the team suspected that his subordinates had tampered with the suit in order to coerce Suiryu into staying, but this was not true. As a result, Suiryu found himself committed to the Neo Heroes, serving as one of their Neo Leaders until he could repay the debt incurred by the damages.
