Suiryu began feeling regretful in One Punch Man chapter 203, ‘Neo Leaders,’ as he had failed to join Saitama’s organization. Metal Bat took notice of Suiryu’s words. Suddenly, McCoy interrupted their conversation and revealed that former members of the Hero Association had joined the Neo Heroes due to their dissatisfaction with the organization’s corrupt practices.

The Wild Emperor gave his approval to the Hero Association, which only accepted heroes who could be immediately utilized. On the other hand, the Neo Heroes were known for their progressive approach and utilized a training system to develop young individuals into heroes. Furthermore, all of their trainers were of exceptional caliber.

The newest Neo Leader was Webigaza. Suiryu immediately went up to her as she entered the room. However, Suiryu was taken aback by her dress, which was so hot it seemed to have been ironed. Webigaza was a well-known idol with a devoted fan base. She had recently come back after a six-month break, during which she had undergone numerous human experiments, seemingly enhancing her abilities. She was determined to surpass Sweet Mask in popularity through her music and heroic deeds.

Right after, Wild Emperor and Metal Bat approached her. Wild Emperor was a devoted fan of hers, while Metal Bat wanted to obtain Webigaza’s autograph for his sister, who was also a fan. However, as Superalloy Darkshine approached Webigaza, Raiden confronted him, questioning his choice to retire as a hero.
