On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, the official website of Shueisha unveiled the cover for volume 31 of One Punch Man. The collected volume is scheduled to be published in Japan on Thursday, July 4, 2024. The upcoming volume’s cover will showcase the S-Class Hero King.
The manga One Punch Man, based on the original creation by ONE and adapted by Yusuke Murata, chronicles the journey of Saitama, a hero whose strength is so immense that he can defeat any enemy with just one punch. As a result, he longed for the opportunity to face a formidable monster that could challenge him.

One Punch Man Volume 31 set to release in July 2024
Just a few days prior to the release of One Punch Man volume 31 in Japan on July 4, 2024, the publisher Shueisha revealed the cover art for the highly anticipated manga volume.
The upcoming release of One Punch Man volume 31 will be titled “Ultimate Hellfire Burst Wave Motion Cannon”and will showcase King as its main focus. The chapter cover depicts the S-Class Hero executing the titular move with precision.
The Ultimate Hellfire Burst Wave Motion Cannon is renowned as one of King’s most formidable bluff techniques. Although King himself was unaware of its existence, the Hero Association considered it to be the S-Class Hero’s ultimate finishing move.
Therefore, when King found himself facing two powerful members of the Monster Association – Platinum Sperm and Evil Natural Water – Child Emperor insisted that he use his ultimate technique. Luckily, Garou’s unexpected interference convinced everyone that King had indeed unleashed his devastating move.
The content of the upcoming compiled volume has not been announced yet by the manga. However, based on the previous volumes, it is likely that volume 31 will begin with chapter 157 and include approximately seven chapters.
In the previous manga volume, we also saw seven chapters condensed into just 200 pages. However, the upcoming manga volume will have 224 pages.
Regrettably, the manga has not yet released the artwork for the back cover of the upcoming volume. However, it is expected that Shueisha will unveil it within the next few days, prior to the release of One Punch Man volume 31.
