Opinions on Wild Spawn Rotations in Pokemon Go Need a Major Overhaul, According to Players

“Once again, Pokemon Go players express disappointment in the quality of the mobile game, stating that the app’s wild spawns are becoming increasingly repetitive and “boring”, possibly reaching an “all time low”.”

There is no doubt that Niantic has received numerous complaints from Pokemon Go users regarding underwhelming events and unresolved glitches.

Despite the excitement surrounding the upcoming 8th Anniversary Party, some trainers criticized the celebration for being “incredibly pathetic,”citing the presence of party hat-wearing Grimer and Muk as the only available spawns. Additionally, there were complaints about the overabundance of starter Pokemon in the wild during events.

Reddit has become a platform for Pokemon Go players to express their views on why they believe the game is currently in a state of “shambles.”

The initial author of the post presented a variety of reasons for their belief that Pokemon Go has experienced a decline in recent months. These reasons included changes to the mechanics of throwing Poke Balls and the frequent occurrence of being unexpectedly removed from Raids.

“According to the trainer, the GBL has been experiencing severe issues for at least 2 months, particularly after the biome update. These issues were not the usual “Go Battle Lag,”but were so severe that Niantic had to disable the biome update for players participating in the championships.”

“Although the game has faced difficult periods, I believe this is the worst it has ever been. Despite this, I am still eager for the GO Fest. However, if the issues are not resolved promptly, I will have a hard time finding motivation to continue playing.”

The author’s concerns were echoed by the comment section, with many agreeing that the wild spawns available in the current season are almost identical to those in the previous season. Additionally, a majority of the wild encounters have been from the Kanto region.

According to one player, the decline in quality of the game was due to Niantic’s decision to lay off their “talented”developers.

According to them, Niantic is still determined to prove themselves, as the success of PoGo is solely credited to the Pokemon franchise. They also mentioned that the company’s other original projects have been unsuccessful. They believe that the small team working on this game puts in minimal effort.
