Coca-Cola’s limited-time collaboration with Oreo has soda enthusiasts buzzing, as they compare the new drink’s flavor to a beloved classic.
Oreo has partnered with Coca-Cola to launch two delicious crossover products: Coke-flavored Oreos and Oreo-flavored Coke, both of which have quickly become fan favorites.
Social media is abuzz with fans expressing their love for Oreo Coke Zero, although many can’t shake the feeling that it bears a striking resemblance to Vanilla Coke.
On Reddit, one user humorously shared a Scooby-Doo meme featuring Fred peeling off a “mask” from Oreo Coke, revealing a can of Vanilla underneath. They captioned it with, “My experience with Oreo Coke.”
“I finally bought some today. It initially tastes like Vanilla Coke but has that Oreo aftertaste,” a user responded.
“It’s a richer, heavier, creamier Vanilla Coke,” another commented.
Similar sentiments were expressed on X, where users shared their experiences with the exciting new soda.

Despite the dominating comparisons to Vanilla Coke, some aficionados claim they can distinctly taste the chocolate and argue that the two beverages are completely different.
“It tastes like liquid Oreo (cookie part only), with no vanilla whatsoever,” one user contended.
“For me, it tastes just like the cookie part of an Oreo,” another user noted.
For those unable to easily access Vanilla Coke, this new Oreo flavor might be the next best option in their area. Given the success of this collaboration, it remains to be seen what innovative products Coca-Cola will introduce in the future, and whether these new offerings will draw comparisons to existing sodas as well.
