In the opening of Oshi no Ko Chapter 150, titled ‘Knife,’ Aqua Hoshino is shown having a dream about a confrontation with his past self, Gorou Amamiya. Based on Aqua’s recollection, it appears that Gorou was consumed by thoughts of revenge. He continuously spoke about seeking retribution and expressed his desire to physically harm the perpetrator, causing them to regret their existence.

Despite having previously believed that he had lost everything, including Sarina and Ai, Gorou’s heart had now calmed down. But when he discovered that Sarina was alive as Ruby Hoshono, an idol who was also free from her illness, Gorou’s heart underwent a transformation. He realized that there was no greater salvation than this.

Despite Gorou Amamiya’s desire for Aqua to move on from thoughts of revenge and enjoy his youth with his beloved, he cautioned him to steer clear of Sarina due to his reputation as a playboy. Aqua, however, assured him that his feelings for Ruby Hoshino were purely sisterly and that she only admired his former self, Gorou.

With this in mind, Gorou realized that Aqua had feelings for Kana Arima. He was also aware of Kana’s fondness for him, so all he had to do was take the next step. Although Aqua was aware of this, he was unsure about what to do next. Therefore, Gorou handed Aqua his knife and urged him to make the decision on his own. As a result, Aqua awoke from his dream.

Elsewhere, Kana Arima pondered over Akane Kurokawa’s words. Kana had expressed to Akane that she did not require her assistance. However, Akane persisted in motivating Kana by promising that if she made no progress, he would reunite with Aqua for Christmas.

Kana was lost in thought about Aqua. Despite her initial dislike for him, she couldn’t deny his cuteness. When they reunited in high school, she was delighted to discover his passion for the entertainment industry. Gradually, she came to realize that simply talking to him would make her heart race, leading her to understand that she had developed feelings for him.

With this in mind, Kana pondered over Aqua’s feelings. She was unsure if Aqua was interested in her or not. However, regardless of whether Aqua reciprocated her feelings, she hoped he would still accept her advances. With this in mind, Kana messaged Aqua, inquiring about his availability on Saturday and potentially arranging a date with him.
