Hikaru’s false claims about not having ill intentions towards Ai were a ruse, as he had orchestrated Ryosuke and Nino’s obsession with her. Consequently, he manipulated Ryosuke into visiting Ai at her hospital in Miyazaki, indirectly leading to her death four years later.
This manipulation also implied that Hikaru played a role in Fuyuko Niino’s attack on “Ruby Hoshino,”indicating his intent to harm his own daughter. Given Aqua’s deep affection for Ruby, he may find it impossible to let Hikaru continue his machinations. Thus, it is plausible that Aqua might follow through on his original plan to eliminate his biological father in the upcoming chapter.
Crow Girl May Intervene with Aqua Hoshino in Oshi no Ko Chapter 161
In the previous chapter, Aqua’s desire to kill Hikaru Kamiki was clear. However, considering the story’s trajectory, the likelihood of Aqua committing murder appears to be low. This suggests that a character could intervene to prevent him from taking such extreme measures.
In the manga, the three members of the B-Komachi idol group were still performing on stage, while Akane Kurokawa and Ichigo Saitou remained at the Hoshino residence. The whereabouts of only a couple of key characters—Miyako Saitou and the Crow Girl—were uncertain.
Assuming Miyako is at the B-Komachi concert, the Crow Girl could potentially step in regarding Aqua and Hikaru’s conflict.
