Oshi no Ko Manga Series to Conclude in Upcoming 4 Chapters

On October 9, 2024, an announcement was made regarding the conclusion of the Oshi no Ko manga created by Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari. The series is expected to wrap up in just four more chapters, all of which will be released weekly without any interruptions. The final installment is scheduled for publication on November 14, 2024.

As the story unfolds, the two main characters strive to forge careers in the entertainment world while seeking revenge against the individual responsible for their mother’s demise. Interestingly, both kids are actually reincarnations of their mother’s deceased fans.

Oshi no Ko Manga Preparing for a November 2024 Finale

The official X (formerly Twitter) account for Oshi no Ko revealed on October 9, 2024, that the popular manga series is set to conclude in four chapters.

After the release of Oshi no Ko chapter 162, the series took a two-week hiatus, with the next chapter due on October 24. Before the release, the manga’s social media account disclosed the upcoming chapter schedule.

Beginning with issue 47 of Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine, the series will release the last four chapters weekly. The concluding chapter, Oshi no Ko chapter 166, is set to arrive on Thursday, November 14, 2024, in issue 50 of the publication.

The timeline for the upcoming chapters is as follows:

Oshi no Ko Chapter 163 – October 24
Oshi no Ko Chapter 164 – October 31
Oshi no Ko Chapter 165 – November 7
Oshi no Ko Chapter 166 – November 14

Thus, the beloved manga series will conclude in approximately five weeks.

To commemorate the conclusion of the Oshi no Ko manga, a special project will be launched. The final volume is scheduled for release on December 18, 2024, and will come with a bookstand along with stickers. Fans may also choose a limited edition version of the manga that features a special cover.
