Despite its rapid-fire TTK, many players are still overlooking the LMG from Modern Warfare 3 that dominates Warzone.
Despite the gradual end of the Modern Warfare 3 cycle in Warzone, the battle royale continues to experience updates and modifications. Recently, the Season 5 Reloaded update was released, bringing a variety of weapon changes for players to explore.
Ever since the update, many Warzone players have been turning their attention to the guns that will reign supreme in the battle royale for the remaining weeks before Black Ops 6. Although the STG44, MCW, Striker, and KAR98K continue to dominate the meta, there are also other overlooked alternatives.
While the TAQ Eradicator has previously been praised by Warzone experts, popular stats analyst WhosImmortal is once again drawing attention to it. The LMG’s impressive TTK surpasses even some of the top weapons in the game, making it a formidable choice.
During his September 3 video, he stated that the TAQ Eradicator is clearly the top choice for long-range combat. He pointed out that the LMG has a “variable fire rate”which slightly decreases the time-to-kill.
“The weapon has extremely low recoil and is incredibly user-friendly, with insane velocity that allows for consistent targeting. As a result, you should not experience a decrease in time-to-kill.”

Despite some big names highlighting the LMG, it continues to be overlooked. According to WZRanked stats, the Eradicator is currently ranked as the 40th most popular gun in Warzone.
The LMG is no joke and will likely change soon, as it packs a serious punch.
