Overview of Weapon Changes in Warzone & Modern Warfare Season 4

The Season 4 update for MW3 and Warzone introduces a plethora of new content to both games, along with various adjustments to weapons that aim to revamp the meta. The patch contains all the balancing modifications.

The arrival of Season 4 in MW3 and Warzone brings exciting additions for players, including the Superi 46 SMG and the reappearance of the Kar98k. Along with these new weapons, there are also various adjustments made to the existing arsenal, causing a shift in the meta.

  • The movement speed has been decreased to 4.8m/s, which is a decrease from the previous speed of 5m/s.
  • We reduced the sprint speed from 5.7m/s to 5.5m/s.
  • The tactical sprint speed has been reduced to 6.8m/s, a decrease from its previous speed of 7m/s.
  • JAK Revenger Kit
    • Decreased movement speed to 5.1m/s, down from 5.5m/s.
    • Decreased crouch movement speed to 2.4m/s, down from 2.6m/s.
    • Decreased sprint speed to 5.8m/s, down from 6.2m/s.
    • Decreased tactical sprint speed to 7.1m/s, down from 7.7m/s.
    • Decreased ADS movement speed to 3.1m/s, down from 3.3m/s.

BAL-27

  • The Near-Mid Damage Range has been extended to 49.53 meters, from its previous measurement of 39.37 meters.
  • The Mid Damage Range has been extended to 60.96 meters, a significant increase from its previous range of 50.8 meters.
  • The modifiers for Lower Arm and Hand have been raised to 1.1x, an increase from the previous 1x.

  • The Near-Mid Damage Range has been extended to 50.8 meters, a significant increase from its previous range of 45.72 meters.
  • The Leg Modifier has been raised to 0.95x from its previous value of 0.85x.

  • Mid Damage has been reduced to 22, a decrease from the previous value of 24.
  • The Headshot Modifier has been reduced to 1.3x, a decrease from its previous value of 1.4x.

  • The minimum damage has been raised to 22, which is an increase from the previous value of 20.

MTZ-556

  • The maximum damage range has been raised to 40.64 meters from the previous 35.56 meters.
  • The Near-Mid Damage Range has been raised to 50.8 meters, an increase from its previous measurement of 48.26 meters.
  • The Headshot Modifier has been raised to 1.25x from its previous value of 1.2x.

  • The Mid Damage Range has been raised to 57.15 meters, an increase from its previous measurement of 51.81 meters.
  • The modifiers for Arms and Hands have been raised to 1.15x, an increase from their previous value of 0.96x.
  • The Lower Torso Modifier has been raised to 1.15x from its previous value of 1x.

  • The damage for Near-Mid has been raised to 26, from its previous value of 24.
  • The Arm Modifier has been raised to 1.15x from its previous value of 1x.
  • The Lower Torso Modifier has been raised to 1.15x, from its previous value of 1.1x.

ISO Hemlock (MWII)

  • The damage for Mid has been raised to 25, previously it was 24.
  • The minimum damage has been raised to 21, previously at 20.
  • The Arm Modifier has been raised to 1.16x, a significant increase from its previous value of 0.95x.

  • The minimum damage has been reduced to 21, a decrease from the previous amount of 23.
  • The maximum damage range has been reduced to 11.17 meters from its previous measurement of 12.19 meters.
  • The Headshot Modifier has been reduced to 1.25x from its previous value of 1.3x.

WSP-9

  • The maximum damage range has been reduced to 15.49 meters, a decrease from the previous measurement of 18.03 meters.
  • The distance at which Near-Mid Damage is effective has been reduced to 23.36 meters, a decrease from its previous range of 26.67 meters.
  • The range of Mid Damage has been reduced to 33.02 meters, a decrease from its previous measurement of 38.1 meters.
