Overwatch 2 Season 13 is set to launch an exciting crossover with the renowned My Hero Academia franchise, introducing skins that pay homage to the most cherished characters from the series.

In recent years, Blizzard has embraced collaborations, bringing in influences from various popular titles such as Transformers and Cowboy Bebop. As part of Season 13, along with a revamped Battle Pass and adjustments to Sombra, players will see their favorite Heroes intertwined with another legendary anime.

Release Date

The My Hero Academia crossover kicks off on Thursday, October 17, 2024, merely two days following the rollout of the Season 13 update.

Players will have nearly two weeks to acquire these skins, which will be available until October 30, allowing ample time for fans to gather their OW Coins through Battle Pass activities.

This crossover features five unique skins inspired by My Hero Academia, transforming various Heroes into iconic figures from the show. Reinhardt will embody the ultimate hero, All Might, while Tracer will take on the persona of the main character, Izuku Midoriya.

How to Obtain My Hero Academia Skins in Overwatch 2

These skins will be available exclusively in the in-game store, as Blizzard has noted in their official blog. Players can choose to purchase each skin individually or opt for a bundle that includes all five.

While specific prices have not yet been disclosed, past collaborations suggest that each skin may be priced around 2,500 OW Coins, with the complete set likely costing around 5,600.

It’s important to note that players cannot unlock these skins through gameplay alone; purchasing with OW Coins is required. However, during the event, players can look forward to five complimentary Sprays that reflect each character, along with a free Weapon Charm.
