A Palworld player has discovered a simple method to quickly defeat Alpha Jormuntide to make farming easier. However, his original intention was to capture him.
Palworld’s Palapagos Islands are full of coveted Alpha Pals. These are enlarged and more powerful versions of Pals, with improved stats, that all players seek to obtain.
These Alpha Pals are difficult boss fights that offer a lot of experience points. Palworld players then developed unique methods to eliminate them quickly, such as 40-on-1 battles.
But recently, Reddit user u/KingLehmon_III discovered a new way to beat the Sea Emperor Jormuntide with much less difficulty. He was a little upset though, as he was hoping to add her to his team.

After several minutes of reducing Jormuntide’s health, KingLehmon_III accidentally lured him to an inglorious death caused by fall damage.
Some Palworld players have commemorated this event and shared their own similar anecdotes. “I went to look for Jetragon and he decided to randomly fall from the sky,” a Pal trainer shared as consolation.
Others saw this event as a simple method to farm a high level Pal quickly. “What I understood: provoke Jormuntide into following you, make him climb and fall, then take advantage of the situation,” said one enterprising player.
It’s also possible that Jormuntide was only killed by the fall because his hit points had already been reduced. This trick could also be used to reduce his life points more quickly in order to capture him.
Alpha Jormuntide is a level 45 boss, so he poses a serious challenge even in the best conditions. Normally you wouldn’t try to fight him until the end of the game.
More intrepid and lower level Pal trainers may be able to defeat him sooner if they are willing to try this new trick.
