After catching their Cattiva taking it easy, a Palworld player taught him a lesson and sends a clear message: laziness will not be tolerated.
The story of Palworld is nothing short of remarkable. With incredible sales and player numbers since its release, the concept of “Pokémon with guns” has done wonders for Pocketpair.
Like its counterpart, players find themselves amassing many Pals, but the difference here is that there are far more sinister things to do with them. After literally fighting them to capture them, players can assign them to tasks such as resource extraction or assembly line work.
The concept is dark but semi-entertaining in its own way. However, the result can sometimes be terrifying, especially when players catch their Pals not working hard enough.
Palworld Player Punishes Cattiva for Laziness
The launch of Palworld led to concerning levels of abuse towards Pals. Indeed, some players do not hesitate to show their Pals what happens if they let themselves go.
In a post shared on Facebook, a player taught his Cattiva a lesson. Caught sleeping because he’s “upset”, the video fast forwards to Pal hanging over a fire.
The player is then seen hitting Cattiva with a torch until he passes out. The video ends with the player dancing in front of the Cattiva.
In the comments, some people were horrified by what they saw: “Well, that was disturbing.”Another said: “The game that never ceases to surprise, in the most horrifying way possible.”
Fortunately, not all Palworld players are as callous and callous as the poster of the video. Some have expressed how well they treat their Pals. “And I build swimming pools for each of them and personally cook good food to help them,” one player warmly shared.
