Palworld players have suggested a bloody overhaul of the Butcher’s Knife that they want Pocketpair to add to the game.
Palworld offers players many different Pals, each one as cool as the next. Once captured, these Pals can be used for different purposes. As devastating weapons in your team, or as mounts to cross the map more easily. They can even be used to work on your base.
And Pals, there are hundreds of them that the developers encourage to capture to obtain an XP bonus. This way, players’ Pals Boxes can fill up quite quickly.
That’s why Pocketpair introduced the Butcher’s Knife to free up space in their Pals Boxes. Part of the community also had an absolutely “violent” idea regarding this possible butchery.
Palworld Players Suggest Interaction Between Butcher Knife and Production
Player u/LordWombat142 brought up the idea via a post on Reddit which quickly became popular with the Palworld community.
The player posted: “Pals should work faster after seeing their friends get torn apart.”
Players took the idea and made suggestions that could work with the butcher knife/production synergy.
“What if some of them were traumatized and could no longer work after witnessing the butchery? What if some pals tried to run away in fear? That would be pretty fun,” one fan suggested.
However, others were convinced that a similar mechanic already existed in the game. Indeed, some believe that having the Pal Enrichment Capsule (to synthesize Pals) near the beds encourages them to work harder.
“I’m convinced my pals are getting a job buff from the enrichment pod being right next to their rest area,” said one player.
However, some had friendlier suggestions, like relationships between Pals that could increase productivity. “Dude, imagine if pals became friends with other pals and had relationship gauges and worked faster if they worked with pals they liked. Maybe breeding would be faster with 2 pals close together,” another player suggested.
We can therefore say that Palworld players have an overflowing imagination, to say the least. For the best or for the worst.
