On the August 1st airing of KBS Cool FM’s “Park Myung-soo‘s Radio Show” (hereafter referred to as “Radio Show”), Park Myung-soo engaged with listeners in the segment “Master of Impersonations” .
When asked which song he would play on the radio if he could only choose one, Park Myung-soo replied, “Sorry IU, but I would have to choose G-Dragon.”
He then stated, “G-Dragon will be returning in two months. If all goes smoothly, he may even make an appearance on the show.”
Despite his close friendship with G-Dragon, Park Myung-soo has often expressed his anticipation for the artist’s return and potential guest appearance on “Radio Show”. His recent mention of “the month after next”hints at the possibility of G-Dragon’s comeback in the upcoming fall season.
G-Dragon has officially announced his plans for a solo comeback. He initially revealed his intentions during the “2024 Innovate Korea”talk show at the Ryu Keun-chul Sports Complex at KAIST’s main campus in June. In July, he dropped hints about his return on the show “Watcha Up To?”by saying, “I believe it’s time for me to prioritize my main work.”
In the meantime, G-Dragon departed from YG Entertainment and became a member of Galaxy Corporation, a worldwide AI and metaverse entertech corporation.
