Past Video of iKON ‘Outing’ Seungri on Show Garners Attention Amid Renewed Burning Sun Controversy

As public interest in Seungri and the Burning Scandal from 2018 reignites, a previously released video of iKON allegedly revealing the true nature of the former BIGBANG member has resurfaced.

The footage is taken from Seungri and iKON’s guest appearance on “Knowing Bros”in 2018. During the initial portion of the program, the guest is required to pose questions to the hosts. Those who answer correctly are given the chance to have the guest as their partner or seatmate for the remainder of the show.

During his part, former iKON member B.I shared that while they were trainees, iKON stayed in the same dormitory that BIGBANG used to live in. He went on to say that Seungri had left a personal touch in the dorm, and also mentioned that the BIGBANG members had left some furniture and miscellaneous items behind, making it clear that the dorm was not completely empty.

Seo Jang Hoon surmised that the item left behind was a computer, but B.I corrected him by confirming that it was actually a device. As the rest of the cast brainstormed, Seungri appeared anxious and questioned if they were certain it was found in his former room.

Seo Jang Hoon speculated that a set-top box had been left behind. He envisioned a situation in which he opened the box and found numerous pornographic films. However, B.I denied this possibility and instead disclosed that the abandoned TV was filled with adult films that someone had purchased.

Seo Jang Hoon speculated that he had accidentally left behind a DVD player, and hypothesized that upon opening it, he had been shocked to find an NSFW film. B.I then confirmed that his assumptions were close to the truth. Seo Jang Hoon then suggested that the DVD contained adult films from Japan.

Seungri attempted to divert the conversation away from sexual topics by clarifying that the object he had forgotten was not suggestive, but rather that it had movement. However, B.I promptly dismissed this by stating that the object in question did not have any movement. This left Seungri speechless and bewildered.

Lee Soo Geun correctly surmised that Seungri had left a memory stick, which he believed was inserted into a computer where NSFW imagery was viewed. Although this was a close guess, it was not quite accurate. Lee Sang Min suggested it was a hard drive, and B.I confirmed this but requested a more precise answer. Seo Jang Hoon confidently declared that it was a hard drive containing adult videos, and B.I confirmed his statement as correct.

Despite Seungri’s attempts to deny ownership, the iKON members exposed his post-it note with his name on it. It appears that the former BIGBANG member had labeled it in preparation to take it with him, but it was accidentally left behind. B.I then disclosed that they discovered the hard drive in their closet.

Upon further discussion, the other members provided additional information, disclosing that Seungri possessed numerous folders titled with the names of various actresses. Seungri weakly attempted to deny responsibility, attributing the labeling to another member who categorizes his adult videos by name. However, his statement was met with disbelief by everyone present.

Initially, the incident was seen as a humorous anecdote. However, as details of the sex crimes he committed during the Burning Sun scandal have surfaced, this perception has drastically changed. Seungri has faced severe criticism for his alleged involvement in the scandal and his actions have been condemned as sickening by those who have viewed the video with knowledge of the allegations.
